2nd Course: Soup or Salad

 

Kartoffel Suppe mit Bratwursts und Kase:

Potato Soup with Bratwursts and Gruyere

Ruben und Gurken Salat:

Creamy Beet and Cucumber Salad with Fresh Dill and Parsley

 

3rd Course: Entreés

 

Zwiebelfleisch: “Beef and Onions”

Seared Beef Tenderloin Smothered in Tangy Onion Gravy with Choice of Skillet Potatoes or Spätzle and Asparagus

Chocolate Cake Soaked in Kirschwasser with a Layer of Chocolate Butter Cream and Cherries, Topped with Kirsch Infused Whipped Cream, Chocolate Shavings and Cherries
